DON'T laugh but have you seen anyone wearing these bright red and silver clown boots in the last week?
If you have, they've nicked them.

They belong to street artist Maynard Flipflap, alias Rick Allen, and he gave them to his pal, actor Stuart Lodge, to pass on to a fellow clown.

And Stuart lost them.

"Either on the 94 bus or in the city centre. I've asked everyone but when I start describing them they lose interest," he says mournfully.

Poor Stuart has had to fork out over £100 for another pair of the size 9½s and hasn't dared tell Rick.

"He's at Glastonbury and he doesn't know."

Stuart would still like them back so don't be shy if you've been wearing them by mistake. There's a reward if found on 0114 261 7747.
