YOU might think it looks a bit like a rock star's pad - and you'd be right.
That’s because this stunning Sheffield hideaway belongs to Def Leppard bass guitarist Rick Savage.
But not for much longer, it seems..
The Leppard man has put it on the market with estate agent Saxon Mee.
And if you fancy it - and who wouldn’t? - be prepared to stump up a cool £1.5 million.
Saxton Mee describe Belgrave House as: “Unquestionably one of the most exclusive and high quality properties in the Fulwood area.”
And a grand place it is too - especially when you consider the rockstar down-sized when he bought it two years ago.
Back then Rick, his wife Paige, stepdaughter Jordan and sons Tyler and Scott were living in Holmwood House, Ecclesall. That place has a total of 27 rooms, including nine bedrooms and an incredible 10 toilets.
It was put on the market for a staggering £2.45 million though it was said to have been sold for a knockdown £1.6.
Rick’s current abode isn’t quite that big though it does boast half an acre of gardens overlooking the Porter Valley.
The estate agents say: “Constructed in stone to the most exacting of standards a full internal inspection is a must to appreciate both the quality and proportion of accommodation which is on offer.”
Inside, then, to find a large reception hall, cloakroom, drawing room with marble fireplace, dining room, breakfast kitchen, sitting room, garden room and utility.
Upstairs to a large landing to access the five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
There’s also a detached double garage with an office cum playroom set over. Swanky.
Rick, aged 46, who is currently touring the States with the band, has always said he has no intention of leaving Sheffield and is already thought to have lined up another place in the city.
