DROP into the revamped Lescar Hotel on Sharrowvale Road, Sheffield, tomorrow night and you might find yourself roped into a play.
"There's no use lurking in the background with us," says Amanda Griffiths, producer of the Manchester-based Pigeon Theatre, which is popping over the Pennines to put on Trilogy, three short plays at the request of one of the regulars.

The actors pretend they are in a rehearsal then get the audience involved.

Don't worry, there's a long enough break between the 55 minute plays to get the drinks in.

Described as "Shake 'n' Vac meets Samuel Beckett," each play is a different take on the reflection and rehearsal for death.

Tickets are available on the door at £3.50 (£2.50 concessions) per play or £7 for all three. Curtain up at 7.30pm.
