MICHEL James in France is trying to find his brother-in-law, Patrice Cholot who lived at Spring Close Mount, Gleadless.
Michel says: "We went to visit them in 1996 but since 1997 we've had no further news and we are very anxious. My wife would like to meet up with them to celebrate her 50th birthday with them."
Patrice was born on March 24, 1958 in Caen, France. His son Lee was born on February 24, 1994 and his daugher Kerry was born on November 26, in 1992.

She says: "I know there are a lot of people with the surname Billam who came from Sheffield. Fred was born in 1875. He and his brothers were professional musicians (cornet players). His children were Edna Agnes Billam (married Irving E Bullock in 1921), Naomi Angela Mabel Billam (born 1901), Thomas W Billam (born 1911) and Maisey Billam (born 1915)."
