DORIS Holmes (nee Hickman) would like to contact her friend Dorothy Green who she worked with at Mays between 1937 and 1941.
Doris says: "Dorothy left to become an ambulance driver during the war. She was last known to live in the Pitsmoor area. Dorothy was the bridesmaid for me at my wedding. She is the bridesmaid on the left hand side of the photograph."

MALCOLM Moore would like to find out some information about Booth Unwin, a Sheffield singer and bank manager, who sang on BBC radio and in seaside shows during the 1950s. He was well-known for the song of The Flea.

BARBARA Hankinson from Doncaster writes to Contact Column in the hope of helping out a friend.
She says: "A friend asked if I could help reunite her and a lifelong friend.
"Janet Lilley met Kathleen Jenkinson at the age of seven at a special school/training centre and, from the age of 21, met most Saturdays in Doncaster town centre to shop.
"Both ladies are now 55 years old. Kathleen lived with her parents at Westminster Crescent, Intake, Doncaster until her father's death in 2006 or 2007. Her mother died earlier this year.
"Janet keeps looking and wonders where Kathleen now lives. She wants Kathleen to know she is still her friend and and misses her and wants to meet up as soon as possible. Janet still lives in the same house that Kathleen used to visit."
