Give your views about moorland

A SERIES of workshops is being held to find out people’s views about the future of the Sheffield moors.

Sheffield Moors Partnership is asking the community to help shape and develop a long-term master plan for the area covering 21 square miles on the doorstep of the city.

Norton Lees and Stanage, Hathersage and Longshaw all fall within the moors as part of the Peak District National Park.

The workshops will ask people to give their views on the moors’ access, visitor facilities and management.

The first will be held at Totley Rise Methodist Church, on Grove Road, Sheffield, from 6.45pm to 9pm next Wednesday, February 22,.

Two more will be held in March.

To book a place call Lucy Chadburn on 01433 670 368.
