DONCASTER Take Heart group will hear about the benefits of using a "green gym" at its next meeting on Friday January 25 at the Gladys Ambler Community Centre, Warmsworth Road at Balby from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Guest speaker Victoria Smith will talk about how fitness can be maintained and improved by helping to conserve the woodlands and countryside around Doncaster.

Doncaster Take Heart aims to maintain regular contact with cardiac professionals, keep up to date with the latest aftercare methods and gives patients and their families the opportunity to talk to people who know how they feel.

The group was started to support people with heart problems. For more information email JMGibsonB@3mail.com or call Joe Gibson 07727 161998.
