MONEY raised by Tickhill and District Lions Club will help rescue people from all across Yorkshire.
The organisation has made a £500 donation to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity among its latest contributions to Doncaster.

It has also contributed £775 to Bassetlaw Hospice.

The donations follow a contribution of £2,430 worth of heart-monitoring machine to the Doncaster Royal Infirmary's Department of Renal Medicine in memory of former Lions member Tony Chivers, who died of kidney cancer.
