GIRLS in Rotherham with a sense of adventure are being urged to try the Venture Corps Air Cadets.
Activities include flying, gliding, crafts, sports, raft building, dance, film making, leadership skills and canoeing. Members can also work towards a Duke of Edinburgh Award.
The Girls Venture Corps Air Cadets is a uniformed youth organisation for girls aged 11 to 20, with the Rotherham unit meeting at the McKay VC Barracks on Fitzwilliam Road, Eastwood.
