WORK has begun on a new luxury housing development at Ranmoor Hall, between Ranmoor and Fulwood, in Sheffield.
The development, called Storth Hollow, has been designed by award-winning city architectural design company Coda Studios for Jaguar Estates.
Coda Studios managing director David Cross said: “Ranmoor is a premier location and this is a site that has been dormant for the last few years.
“Many people will know Ranmoor Hall as the former Department of Work and Pensions building. Coda did the work to transform it back to a private residence so we are extremely familiar with the area and its surroundings.
“Even though these properties are being built on land that once formed part of historic Ranmoor Hall, they are all very contemporary in style.”
The eight homes being built on the site will have their own private gardens and will share a landscaped ‘secret’ garden with two large ponds, waterfall, stream, large rockery, pathways and woodland.
