HIT: SANCTUARY INTENSIVE RESCUE HEEL BALM, £7.50, BOOTS
This wonderful product leaves my dry heels perfectly smooth. Put this baby on at bedtime and let it soothe your dryness away. It genuinely does what it says on the tube and I love the fresh smell. I wouldn’t be without it.
MISS: COLLECTION 2000 LASTING PERFECTION ULTIMATE WEAR FOUNDATION, £5.99, Boots.
I bought this foundation as it promised 16-hour wear and I wanted something to last all day while I was working, but I found half-way through the day it had gone all patchy and I looked like I had some awful skin condition. It also promises “anti transfer” but I ended up with more on my phone screen than on my face. Definitely a miss.
ELNETT VERY VOLUME SUPREME HOLD HAIRSPRAY, £6.60, BOOTS
Elnett is pricy, but so worth it. The spray is ultra-fine and holds your style without making hair dull or crispy, then disappears when you brush. This new formula is enriched with Pro-Keratin for extra volume. Hair is bigger and fuller, but not helmet-looking. It also protects your style against humidity. Spray onto hair roots, style your hair with your fingers or a brush, then add an all-over mist.
