Westfield Health has been shortlisted for two more customer service awards.

The Sheffield-based health cash plan provider has been shortlisted in the Quality Service Provider of the Year category of the Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards and in the Excellence in Customer Service category of the Sheffield Business Awards.

Westfield Health executive director Julie Gill said: “Being shortlisted for the awards is testament to the commitment of our staff who work very hard to maintain exceptionally high levels of service. This has been a fantastic year for Westfield and we hope that these awards will provide the perfect start to 2012.”
