It's home to 100 companies, 1,500 workers and more than 600 homes - and that's before Boeing and McLaren move in.
The Advanced Manufacturing Park in Waverley, Rotherham, is the hottest spot in Sheffield City Region for business, inward investment and house building.
The former Orgreave coking works site was given a new lease of life by Sheffield University’s Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre with Boeing in 2001. Now the aircraft manufacturer is building its first factory in Europe there. It follows news of a McLaren factory earlier this month.
