Creative agency Uber has created a new e-commerce website for HL Brown as the Sheffield jewellery group marks its 150th anniversary.
The site is HL Brown’s first foray into selling of the internet and is part of a plan to widen the group’s reach beyond its long established Yorkshire and Lincolnshire home land.
Uber’s head of digital, Nic Jones, said: “HL Brown has such a long and proud history in the region that we had to be clever in how we subtly shifted their brand into a new era.
“They have remained successful through numerous economic climates and changes in retail, so we were conscious of the responsibility.”
Uber, which is one of the top five agencies outside London, has also created an advertising campaign that echoes the new style of the website and point of sale products to promote the group’s anniversary and the pendant, designed by Stefan Tooke, to mark the anniversary.
