TRAM track repairs mean disruption on Sheffield’s outer ring road for the next three days. The work means a stretch of Ridgeway Road will be closed at the junction of White Lane, Gleadless Town End, all day tomorrow and Monday, and until 5am on Tuesday, with traffic diverted around another part of the junction.
Meanwhile, resurfacing works mean Oldfield Road, Stannington, remains closed until the end of today.
Tomorrow, Penistone Road, Owlerton, has a lane closure between Claywheels Lane and Herries Road for telecoms works, Manchester Road, Tapton, has temporary traffic lights for water works, and Halifax Road has temporary lane closures with contraflow in place around the Fox Hill Lane and Kilner Way junction for resurfacing.
From Monday, Bole Hill Lane, Crookes, will be closed for more than a month between Northfield Road and number 70 for gas works. It is due to reopen on October 10.
