Sharing top spot in South Yorkshire with DLA Piper for commercial property expertise is Nabarro’s team, led by Niall Logan, which recently acted for Primary Health Properties on a transaction involving 29 properties owned by various group companies.
Nabarro includes Sports Direct among its clients and recently advised The Mall partnership on the sale of shopping centres in Bristol, Middlesborough and Barnsley.
Close behind DLA Piper and Nabarro’s comes second ranked Irwin Mitchell, whose team is led by Kevin Docherty and includes regional managing partner Paul Firth.

Irwin Mitchell recently advised Henry Boot’s Hallam Land Management subsidiary on a new community development in Exeter and the sale of land to Bovis Homes.
