SUPERMARKET giant Asda is creating dozens of new jobs around South Yorkshire by converting old Netto stores at a total cost of £1 million.

The shops, at Manor Top, Sheffield, and Hill Top Road, Conisbrough, will close on Saturday, May 28, and be transformed, reopening as small Asda outlets.

Some 22 new jobs will be created at Conisbrough and 16 at Manor Top and existing staff are being retained at the stores too.
