Tired of turkey? Head out for a meat-fest. Brazilian restaurant Tropeiro opened last month in Leopold Square, writes Jo Davison.

Named after the first Brazilian cowboys, it’s an upstairs restaurant tucked in the corner of the square with its main entrance on West Street.

It’s an all-you-can eat restaurant: there’s a buffet of unusual salads, sauces and hot South American dishes, then a constant flow of meat arrives at your table courtesy of gauchos brandishing huge skewers stacked with flame-grilled joints of meat.

The Sunday Lunch Rodizio, served 12-5pm, costs £12.95 and includes five cuts of meat and a dessert.
