A SHEFFIELD branch of Co-operative Food has launched a new home delivery service for customers.

Shoppers who spend more than £25 in the Sicey Avenue store in Shiregreen can now opt to lighten their load by having their shopping delivered to their home for free.

The service is available daily, from Mondays to Saturdays, for people who live within a five-mile radius of the shop.

Paul Barnes, store manager, said: “Lots of shoppers like to go into a store and get ideas for what to make for dinner that evening.

“This service allows people to do that, but removes the stress of getting all the shopping home.”
