Hill Dickinson has boosted its investment in Sheffield by almost doubling the size of its offices in The Balance and creating a new visitor suite on the top floor of the recently refurbished city centre block.

The new space has been refurbished to create a suite of nine meeting rooms with state of the art audio-visual, hot-desk and training facilities and increases the area of The Balance that Hill Dickinson occupies to 12,600 sq ft.

Neil Thompson, the Hill Dickinson partner who heads its Sheffield office, said: “It was obvious to us that the firm required office facilities of the highest calibre to match and to allow us to transact the increasing number of corporate deals we are being instructed on. The new suite looks fantastic and we’ve had very positive feedback from clients who have visited and enjoyed the new working environment.”

The suite was designed by the law firm’s estate management partners Avid to echo the firm’s flagship head-quarters in Liverpool and work was carried out by Planet Interiors.
