Fast-growing recruitment software specialist TribePad is celebrating securing its one millionth user and winning new contracts from leading companies such as the BBC, Skipton Building Society and Trinity Mirror Group.

The Sheffield firm, co-founded by former PlusNet chief information officer Dean Sadler, has developed an application tracking system that allows companies to take their recruitment operation in house and avoid using third party agencies.

The Innovation Centre-based company’s software allows potential employees to search and apply for new jobs.

They can also build their own career profiles, make use of videos, podcasts, and tools to support their applications and learn more about the recruiting company itself.

Dean Sadler said: “Clients like the BBC are the holy grail for an innovative technology company like TribePad. It’s fantastic to be working with brands of this calibre.”

TribePad was founded in 2010 and won the Best Technology Innovation Award at the 2012 Recruiter Awards.
