A new Sheffield marketing agency has just secured it’s first client.

Logikal successfully secured a deal to handle marketing for award-winning city brewery Stancill Brewery.

Stancill, who recently won ‘Best Yorkshire Bitter’ with their Barnsley Bitter at a regional beer championships in Rotherham, put their business up for grabs to three Sheffield based agencies.

Logikal, which opened for business in June, secured the deal.

Agency founder Nick Aldrich said: “We were really keen to work with Stancill as we are very proud of our Sheffield roots and are just as passionate to grow the brand nationally as Stancill themselves.

“The brief covers all aspects of brand development and marketing to help grow the breweries trade customer base as well as consumer engagement.”

John Savage, Stancill’s head of marketing, added: “Stancill brewery, despite only being in their second year, has grown phenomenally due to the strength of the product and the demand for craft beers and lager.

“Our Sheffield Pilsner has been a massive hit and we are going to be working with Logikal to help continue our path of rapid growth.”

Logikal was founded by industry veterans Nick Aldrich and Lee Durman.

Nick was co-founder of Equanim Group Limited which became Media Square Plc as well as content agency Hangar Seven. He also used to work for the Sheffield Star. Lee has recently left Gratterpalm to create the new venture and previously enjoyed roles at Workshop, Qube and Paradigm.
