A Sheffield cleaning company set up by an 18-year-old has moved to bigger premises as it prepares for further growth.

Crystal Clean Service has moved into Unit 1 Neepsend Triangle, after recruitment and business expansion. It now employs 65.

The company was founded by Hayley Gillbard when she was 18 in 2008.

She said: “Having outgrown our premises, I felt this was an ideal opportunity to make a move that would permit further expansion. We now have ample storage capacity for equipment and materials and plenty of room for the growing office team.”

Crystal Clean’s new premises are in a two-storey unit with secure off street parking and only a few hundred yards from its former base on Mowbray Street. It has offices upstairs and warehouse and storage space on the ground floor, making it well suited to Crystal Clean’s needs.
