Sheffield architects boosts workforce with new appointments

A Sheffield-based architects has boosted its workforce with the appointments and promotions of five members of staff.

Senior architects Jeannine Gavaghan and Delia Harmston have joined HLM Architects as associates and will both lead the development team.

Jeannine will also be responsible for promoting HLM’s innovative new design concepts for student accommodation.

The company has also promoted Andy Illingworth and Lisa Don to the positions of associates of the interior design team in Sheffield and Cardiff respectively.

Both Andy and Lisa have delivered a variety of major interior schemes across the business and are credited by company bosses with playing pivotal roles in maintaining on-going relationships with some of the firm’s long-standing clients.

Daniel Smith, who returned to the company in 2014 as a senior architect, has also been elevated to the position of associate. He is the lead architect for various projects across all of HLM’s sectors and is involved in design development for new schemes. He is currently working on a range of new projects across the region.
