Entrepreneur, chef, musician and TV personality, Levi Roots is one of the big name speakers appearing at MADE: The Entrepreneur Festival in September.
Back after a year off, and with a new operator, the event is expected to draw about 4,500 people to Sheffield
Other speakers include founder of School for Start Ups and former “Dragon” Doug Richard, digital entrepreneur and founder of SMARTA Shaa Wasmund and hit media production entrepreneur, Jamal Edwards.
BBC presenter Mark Easton will front a panel session to include Forgemaster chief executive Graham Honeyman. A varied programme of fringe events will also be held throughout the festival week September 22-26, with themes including marketing, technology, innovation, skills and funding.
Irwin Mitchell and BHP are the first of a growing list of sponsors and business services provider BE Group is the new organiser, in partnership with Sheffield Council.
Brendan Moffett, director of the council’s Marketing Sheffield, said: “MADE is the UK’s biggest and best celebration of entrepreneurship and we can’t wait for the buzz of excitement to return this September”.
