MOTORISTS are being warned that a series of roadworks are to take place in Sheffield over the next few days.
The improvements will affect more than a dozen locations including Mosborough Parkway.
Arundel Gate has a lane closure between Furnival Square and Brown Lane for tree replacement at off-peak times.
Bracken Hill, Burncross, has temporary signals for water main works every day this week until Thursday.
Today and tomorrow, Manchester Road in Broomhill, has temporary traffic signals while water works are carried out.
Tomorrow there will be temporary traffic lights or stop-go boards on Abbeydale Road; Brightside Lane, near Forgemasters; Chesterfield Road, Woodseats; Lound Side, Chapeltown and Queens Road, Lowfield.
Also tomorrow there will be lane closures on Halifax Road, Parson Cross; Loxley Road, Loxley; Penistone Road North, Owlerton and Prince of Wales Road, Manor.
The same day, Mosborough Parkway will be one-way into the city only, for routine maintenance.
Whitehouse Lane, Lower Walkley, will be closed for resurfacing.
On Monday, stop-go boards will operate on Weedon Street, Brightside.
Hopefield Avenue in Frecheville, will have temporary signals on Tuesday.
There will be also temporary lights on Norton Lees Lane, Norton Lees, from Wednesday until December 1.
Meanwhile Brightside Lane, Brightside, will have a lane closed during the early afternoon on Wednesday so windows can be cleaned.
