A Sheffield company that helps clients like Tesco, the BBC and Sodexo to improve and simplify their recruitment has strengthened its own team with two new recruits.

TribePad, a unique online platform used by some of the world’s largest employers to attract talent and manage their entire recruitment process, has brought in extra expertise in the form of Dan Dunford, an experienced senior software engineer who has worked for companies including Vantage Technologies and PlusNet, and account manager Helen Pickford.

Dan said: “After seeing the technologies they use, I knew this was the company I wanted to work for.”

Helen has 16 years of experience in a range of digital, customer-facing roles and has worked for organisations including the BBC, the NHS and Ogilvy.

Lisa Scales, co-founder of TribePad, said: “Both Dan and Helen bring superb skills and expert knowledge to TribePad, an organisation that prides itself on enabling companies to find the very best talent. “We’ve done exactly that for our own team.”

TribePad was founded in 2008 by Lisa along with Dean Sadler, a software development expert and founder of PlusNet. It is now one of the world’s leading next generation recruiting platforms.
