The man behind the bid to raise the World Land Speed Record to 1,000 miles an hour will be guest speaker at the Royal Aeronautical Society’s Sheffield Branch meeting, at the Advanced Manufacturing Park on Monday, May 28.

Richard Noble will speak two days before a full-sized mock up of Bloodhound SCC – the vehicle which will make the attempt – goes on display at the AMP as part of a drive to encourage more local school children to choose engineering as a career.
