The next stage of development of the Advanced Manufacturing Park has been unveiled by owners Harworth Estates.
R-evolution@the AMP will build on the success of the Evolution@theAMP development, which is now fully let to a range of hi-tech businesses.
The new project is expected to provide around 200,000 sq ft of high quality, modern, flexible industrial units on 12.94 acres of land, within the Sheffield City Region Enterprise Zone.
Harworth Estates development manager for the AMP’s Waverley site, Duncan Armstrong-Payne, said: “The next phase is targeted at the local, national and international manufacturing sector.
“We want to continue the success of the AMP by providing business space for local companies to expand and to attract national and international companies to work alongside the existing businesses on the park.
“R‑evolution will be a new, high quality development, providing a range of industrial units, sized from 10,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft on the UK’s premier advanced manufacturing technology park.”
Mr Armstrong-Payne revealed that Harworth Estates is also in talks with companies seeking much larger premises at the AMP.
