The husband-and-wife team behind a premium nutritional supplements and health products business are heading for growth after a South Yorkshire direct mailing and e-commerce specialist helped them to free up their time.
Goldthorpe-based Cambertown beat two other companies to win a contract from organic health supplements company PINK SUN
“Cambertown offered everything we needed and appointing them has allowed us to outsource everything other than product sourcing and marketing and sales,” says PINK SUN’s Michael Lane.
“All the orders, sales and deliveries are now automated and managed at Cambertown’s end so we’re now able to really concentrate on the things we enjoy about running our business.”
Using Cambertown has enabled PINK SUN to launch a new website to win more orders.
“That’s something we simply wouldn’t have had time to sort out without Cambertown’s support,” says Mr Lane.
Cambertown’s managing director Terry Sorfleet says: “Running a business is hard work, whether you’re an up- and-coming online retailer like PINK SUN or a well-established company.
“We aim to take the headache out of managing the everyday stuff and free people up to get on with what they’re best at – growing their business.”
Cambertown operates out of a 3.5 acre, purpose built distribution centre in Goldthorpe and works with a range of organisations including international charities, government departments, football clubs and SMEs, holding their stock, managing their orders and arranging their deliveries and mailings.
