National retailer Next has taken the 123,000 sq ft Aspect warehouse at West Moor Park in Doncaster.
CB Richard Ellis’s Sheffield-based Industrial Agency negotiated the letting on a 15 year lease, for an undisclosed sum, on behalf of IM Properties, while JJA Consulting represented Next, which already occupies a neighbouring 700,000 sq ft warehouse.
The deal completes the letting of the scheme and follows a number of significant deals i9nvolving distribution facilities in the Yorkshire region, including Amazon, which acquired space at Vulcan in Doncaster and ASOS, at Crossflow, in Barnsley.

West Moor Park, off J4 of the M18, is home to flagship occupiers IKEA, Fellowes and the Scotts Company (UK).
