Hillsborough Regeneration Company has signed two new occupiers to its recently completed trade counter development scheme on the corner of Penistone Road and Herries Road South in Sheffield.
Dulux Decorator Centres and Floor Décor join Screwfix, electrical products wholesaler YESSS Electrical and long standing tenant James Hargreaves.
Dulux Decorator Centres and Floor Décor have both taken 3,960 sq ft units.
BNP Paribas Real Estate and joint agents Newbould Commercial acted on behalf of the Hillsborough Regeneration Company, which is a partnership involving Jaguar Estates and Wortley Developments. Patrick Herbert, of Jaguar Estates, said: “We are very pleased to have signed both a strong national and local occupier to the scheme.
“We have three units still available which would suit either the building industry to complement the new occupiers or even the leisure sector. The success so far is down to the site being on the busiest highway in the city and the interest generated proves the re-invention of the buildings was worth it.”
