Building consultancy Monaghans has acquired a practice in Paris as part of growth plans.

It bought Bush – led by Derek Bush who has been in the French capital for more than 25 years. He will work alongside David Cadenhead.

Craig Hibbert, group managing director for Monaghans, said: “David’s return and expansion through our new offices in Paris is proof of the emergence of Monaghans as a real force within built asset consultancy.”

It is the latest stage in the development of Monaghans, based at Victoria Quays, Sheffield.

Growth across a number of sectors has included:

n Retail projects for Harrods, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, John Lewis and TK Maxx

n Strategy and procurement support for the re-branding of Skoda Auto dealerships worldwide

n A new look to Honda Motor Europe dealerships.
