Logistics company moves to Barnsley

Nationwide logistics firm Rhys Davies Freight Logistics is planning for major expansion in Yorkshire after relocating to Barnsley from Wakefield.

The group is moving from a 10,000 sq ft unit to 55,000sq ft of space with additional offices and seven acres of land at Carlton Industrial Estate in Barnsley.

Operations director Paul Hodgkiss said; “Barnsley is the ideal location for our storage and distribution operations. The site will strengthen our presence in the area and demonstrates our commitment to developing our national network of depots.”

Joint letting agents were CBRE and Gent Visick.
