Engineering company Wright Brothers is moving into a state of the art headquarters, with new engineering and training facilities.
The Sheffield City Region company, which celebrates 25 years in business this year, offers a comprehensive range of engineering services to industries ranging from power generation to mining and quarrying.
Its new facilities on Red Lane, Worksop, will house two new ventures - Trainright UK, which operates as a fully licensed Occupational, and Health and Safety Training and Consultancy, and Mediright, which provides a range of medical screening and testing services.
Wright Brothers’ expansion has been underpinned by a six-figure business loan from Lloyds TSB Commercial.
Chairman Stewart Wright, said: “We have a long established relationship with Lloyds TSB Commercial – working with them since the business began some 25 years ago.
“The manufacturing sector has struggled at times to fight the recession, but we are happy that the company is continuing to grow in these difficult economic times. The loan has enabled us to expand in style.
“We operate in a competitive industry and Wright Brothers is committed to keeping up high standards in order to stay ahead of the game. Our new Training Services are in high demand, both with our employees and externally across a range of businesses.
“Some of our work involves high risk locations, so Health and Safety Training and Medical Screening and Support is essential, making sure that all work is carried out safely, and to the highest standard.”
Leo Magee, relationship director for Lloyds TSB Commercial praised Wright Brothers for achieving impressive results.
