Sheffield solicitors Ironmonger Curtis LLP have pulled off a coup by successfully tendering for employment law work from the Treasury.
It is one of only two firms in the North East of England to be awarded the contract.
Jon Curtis, employment law partner, said: “The Government have been saying for some time that some public work would be given to smaller law firms and this is proof that the policy is working.
“We are delighted that the first time we have tendered for a government contract we have been successful. Although we are a small firm we punch well above our weight in the region and look forward to continued success.”
Ironmonger Curtis, of Edmund Road, Highfield, specialises in employment and commercial law for small and medium sized businesses.
