Plans have been submitted to Sheffield Council for a revolutionary new Japanese style apartment complex close to the heart of the city.

Architectural design practice Coda Studios has developed proposals for a hi-tech apartment scheme on Henry Street, near Shalesmoor and Kelham Island.
The Tokyo style cabin apartments will be the first of their kind in Sheffield and the development would start on site in the new year, if the plans are approved.

“With the land available for development and with excellent transport links, including Supertram, already in place, this is proving to be a genuine growth area for Sheffield and one we are proud to be taking forward, using innovative design solutions to create 21st century living,” said managing director David Cross.
