Elevation Recruitment has made a series of appointments in response to a surge in job vacancies across the region.

The company has made five new appointments at its Rotherham headquarters and created additional jobs at its branch in Leeds.

Tom Jagger, who has specialist experience in the fast moving consumer goods sector, becomes a senior consultant, while Sarah Mounsey, who has nine years’ experience in recruitment, takes on a similar role in Elevation’s sales and marketing division.

Beth Rowland becomes recruitment secretary and Amy D’Silva and Stefanie Walker become recruitment consultants.

n Sheffield estate agency Hunters has expanded its team, with the help of recruitment and retention specialist Benchmark.

Dan Beckett has joined the company as a lettings negotiator and will lead the firm’s new lettings department, while Daniel Butcher becomes a sales negotiator.

Hunters was launched in 1992 and lays claim to being the largest independent estate agency chain in the UK. The company has 100 branches nationwide, including two branches in Sheffield, at Hunters Bar and in Crookes.
