A Doncaster Pizza Hut branch has re-opened after a £275,000 refurbishment, creating 15 new jobs for the borough.
The White Rose Way branch of Pizza Hut has re-opened today, as part of a multi-million pound nationwide redesign programme by the chain.
The revamped branch now offers a new menu that includes the new Ultimate Thin pizza - featuring the thinnest ever crust - Kentucky style BBQ ribs, frickles (fried pickles), sweet potato fries and American style waffles.
Some 15 new jobs have been created as a result of the refurbishment.
Restaurant Manager Samuel Deans added, ‘We are excited to show off our fantastic new look Hut and hope guests enjoy the vibrant and modern feel to the restaurant as much as we do. with a selection of delicious new sides and desserts now on offer including fries and milkshakes, we’re confident our new menu will go down a treat with Doncaster’s residents!’
Simon Brammer, the Hut’s newest member of staff said, ‘The new menu, especially the Ultimate Thin Pizza is amazing. I think our guests will love it as well as the restaurant’s new look!’
The investment in Doncaster is part of a broader £60 million refurbishment and restructuring programme for the business, secured through private equity investment from Rutland Partners in late 2012.
