Only four offices are now available at Wilton Developments Ebor Court project on the Redhouse Interchange Business Park in Doncaster after Lambert Smith Hampton’s Sheffield office recently let two of the 13 units on the site.

Foster Plus has taken a 2,100 sq ft unit, while Inspired Property Management has agreed terms on a1,600 sq ft unit.

Tom Burlaga, from LSH Sheffield’s agency team, said: “The out-of-town market in Doncaster has demonstrated remarkable resilience. Rents have broadly been maintained and activity levels have remained constant.

“The fact that there are just four units left speaks volumes for the quality of the space at Ebor Court. We’re very much looking forward to securing the final tenants for this fantastic development.”

James Scott of Wilton Developments said: “We’re extremely pleased to have secured two new tenants and are sure that they will very much enjoy their new bases.

“The success of Ebor Court is down to the specification of the office space and the great location. I’m sure it won’t be long before all units are occupied.”

Tony Chappell at PPH Commercial acted as joint agent on the two deals.
