Carbolite, the Derbyshire-based laboratory and industrial furnace, oven and incubator manufacturer, has become the latest company to relocate to South Yorkshire’s Advanced Manufacturing Park.
The company has moved to two units, totalling 5,800 sq ft, in the 95,000 sq ft Evolution @ the Advanced Manufacturing Park development, joining a cluster of high-tech occupiers.
Carbolite’s Dan Bagshaw said: “One of the main attractions of relocating from our existing premises in the Hope Valley to Evolution @ AMP was the ability to leverage the existing resources already on the park and engage with other like-minded business.”
A further two units in the development are under offer, leaving two units of 3,600 and 13,500 sq ft remaining.
Joint letting agents for the scheme are Lambert Smith Hampton, Knight Frank and CB Richard Ellis.
Rebecca Schofield, associate director at Knight Frank, said: “Carbolite considered a number of units in the area before selecting Evolution @ AMP due to the quality the units on offer, combined with the obvious synergies between themselves and the other occupiers on the park.”
