Hill Dickinson takes leading role to assist defendants

There is a new name leading the personal injury field in Sheffield, when it comes to representing defendants.

Hill Dickinson has taken the place formerly occupied by DLA Piper, after taking on a 16-strong team from the firm, along with clients and cases.

Alan Dury heads Hill Dickinson’s insurance practice, which acts for a corporate client base. Two Sheffield firms – Kennedys and Nabarro – occupy the second rank.

Kennedys’ team, led by Suzanne Liversidge, is praised by clients for being technically strong and handles the range of personal injury work for corporate clients that include outsourcing group MITIE, and insurance companies.
