The LIVINGCITY Group has won its second property management contract in Sheffield.

The company has added 48 apartments in Broughton House, on West Street, to the 42 flats in the Leopold Square development.

Livingcity is managing all communal services for Broughton House, in addition to collecting and managing service charges.

The company secured its contract for the residential part of Leopold Square after managing the site’s commercial units, including the hotel and various restaurants, for four years.

Paul Atkins, director of Manchester-based Livingcity’s Asset Management division, said: ‘I’m Sheffield born and bred so this instruction is an exciting step for me.

“We’ve been working in the city for four years and securing Broughton House is down to the hard work and dedication of the entire team. We see the whole of Yorkshire as a growth area and we’re looking forward to developing our presence and making a difference across the region.”
