Dealmakers from the Sheffield region have helped the founders of a Manchester company that distributes fresh herbs to sell their company to a group of private investors.
Strategic Corporate Finance advised Colin Brinkman and Denise Mottram, who founded Chat Moss Herbs, which sells fresh herbs in quantities ranging from 25 grams upwards to restaurants, bakeries, retail shops, markets and large food service distributors
Greg Barker, from Strategic Corporate Finance, said: “We are delighted to have helped Colin and Denise find the right buyer for their company.
“They are very passionate about the business which they have nurtured for the past 20 years, so it was important to find a new owner with the same enthusiasm”.
Chat Moss Herbs recently developed a range of fresh pestos, including an award winning basil and rocolla variety, and is planning to bring more new products to market.
