DISCUSSIONS are taking place between building firms and administrators of a development company which collapsed leaving new homes unfinished on a Sheffield estate.
Artisan was building 210 homes at Foxhill but the company went into administration last December.
Its administrators are now hoping to find a replacement firm willing to complete the development.
A Sheffield Council spokeswoman said: “At present there is no update on the situation at Foxhill.
“Artisan H Limited went into administration on December 12 and since this time the joint administrators have entered discussions with parties interested in acquiring the site to continue the development.
“As these discussions continue we are working to move the project forward.”
