Resolve IT provides IT support to more than 200 businesses, charities and education organisations worldwide.

Since winning the Customer Service Award at last year’s Star Business Awards the company has gone on to develop its existing systems as a result of customer feedback and consultation with its employees and to implement new systems.

In addition to publishing customer satisfaction survey responses live, the company publishes weekly Service Level Agreement reports, which show how long Resolve takes to respond to and fix an issue.

Resolve also supplies clients with a free, easy-to- understand, annual assessment of their entire IT setup, which outlines what systems they have in place, any issues with the current setup, and how these might be rectified.
