Business recovery and insolvency specialist Wilson Field and its staff have been short-listed for four awards at a national Insolvency and Rescue Awards.
Wilson Field’s Rob Dymond has been short-listed in the Personal Insolvency Practitioner of the Year category and head of marketing Phil Meekin has been nominated in the Insolvency Manager of the Year award.
Meanwhile, the company has reached the finals of the Insolvency Team of the Year and the Corporate Recovery Firm of the Year categories.
Managing director Nick Wilson said: “To be finalists in four categories at this prestigious industry awards is a new record for Wilson Field and a fantastic achievement from both the teams and individuals involved.
“The business has had another good year and continued to grow, adding staff and opening an office in the West Midlands. We are bucking the industry trend and have sustained an increase in business over a number of years.”
Wilson Field lays claim to being one of the top 15 insolvency practitioners in the UK and to having saved more than 1,200 jobs and 100 businesses, in addition to returning more than £5.5 million to creditors in the 12 months to the end of April.
The company has increased its workforce by 20 per cent in the last 12 months and now employs 78 staff in Sheffield, London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds.
