A firm has been awarded part of £15 million in Government cash to help it create jobs in South Yorkshire.
UK Steel Enterprise, a Tata Steel subsidiary that encourages job creation across South Yorkshire and the Humber, is one of four companies in the region to share the cash.
They are among 50 across the country benefiting from £300 million from the Government’s Regional Growth Fund.
Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg said: “We’re seeing very encouraging signs that the British economy is on the road to recovery.
“Home-grown and British-based businesses are leading that charge for a stronger economy.
“The Regional Growth Fund gives businesses a helping hand from Government to fuel business expansion and create sustainable employment.”
