Top executives from leading UK innovator Dyson and international consumer products and businesses have joined the South Yorkshire company behind revolutionary, eco-friendly laundry technology.
Jocelyn Stuart-Grumbar, right, has left Dyson, where he was as international development director, to join Advanced Manufacturing Park-based Xeros as its international development director.
Andy Hewitt, left, whose career includes six years with Procter & Gamble and nine years with multinational food and beverage company Nestlé, becomes commercial director.
Immediately prior to joining Xeros, Mr Hewitt ran his own consultancy company and was group sales and marketing director with cycling and outdoor goods distributor Zyro, which has operations in Rotherham.
Xeros was set up to commercialise groundbreaking polymer bead technology, which has enabled the company to develop washing machines that use 70 per cent less water and 50 per cent less energy and detergent than conventional machines, while allowing different coloured garments to be washed together.
