Bidding is due to get underway when a converted Thorne chapel goes under the hammer.
The Old Chapel on King Street has been converted into residential accommodation and currently produces rental income of £21,360 per annum.
It is being offered at the Eddisons auction at Leeds United Football Club at a guide price of £170,000.
Meanwhile, two parcels of land in the Doncaster area are also going under the hammer, on the instructions of Yorkshire Water. They include a pocket of unused scrub land extending to over 12 acres off Millfield Road in Bentley, and 15 acres of land at Adwick Sewage Treatment Works on Doncaster Lane.
